Marinated Feta Cheese
- 1 pkg. (4 oz.) ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Lite House Italian Dressing
- 1 tsp. finely chopped fennel tops
- 1/2 tsp. finely chopped fresh rosemary
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1/4 tsp. grated lemon zest
- saltine crackers
- 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, cut lengthwise in half
- 1/4 cup grape tomatoes, cut lengthwise in half Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09
- Mix cheese, dressing, fennel, rosemary, pepper and lemon peel; cover.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
- Spoon cheese mixture evenly onto crackers just before serving; top with the olives and tomatoes.
