Chicken and Mushroom Pasta

  1. Cook spaghetti according to packet directions.
  2. Drain and return to saucepan.
  3. Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium heat and cook onion, bacon, chicken and mushrooms until chicken is cooked.
  4. Stir in milk, then cheddar cheese / cornflour blend and heat gently for 2 - 3 minutes or until sauce begins to thicken.
  5. Serve sauce over hot pasta.
