Chicken and Mushroom Pasta
- 400g uncooked spaghetti
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 bacon rashers, rind removed and chopped
- 2 chicken fillets, thinly sliced
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- Sauce
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup (100g) KRAFT* Cheddar Cheese, finely grated combined with
- 2 teaspoon cornflour
- Cook spaghetti according to packet directions.
- Drain and return to saucepan.
- Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium heat and cook onion, bacon, chicken and mushrooms until chicken is cooked.
- Stir in milk, then cheddar cheese / cornflour blend and heat gently for 2 - 3 minutes or until sauce begins to thicken.
- Serve sauce over hot pasta.
