Bleu Balls

  1. Mash bleu cheese with a fork.
  2. Add butter, Tabasco and onion.
  3. Blend well.
  4. Form into walnut-sized balls.
  5. Roll balls in almonds.
  6. Cover and chill.
  7. Serve with crackers or toast and sliced cherry tomatoes.
