Tiapia Veggies #RSC

  1. cut potatoes into 2x2 cube, chop carrot,slice red pepper at thickness of 1 in .
  2. Grease bottom of 9x5 pan, place tiapia at bottom, then add carrot,potatoes , bell pepper, then sprinkle rosemary, lemongrass.lemon skin over tiapan then spring salt & pepper.
  3. Cover pan with reynolds wrap & put it it in oven at pre heated at 375 for 30 minute.
