Fast and Easy Twice Baked Potatoes

  1. Clean and cook potatoes in your microwave according to it's settings for potatoes
  2. Slice off top of potato so that you can spoon out the pulp of it into a large bowl.
  3. Be careful not to break the skins, set hollowed out skins aside.
  4. (Use a hot pad as your potatoes will be hot.)
  5. It's important to mix ingredients into hot potatoes unless you want them lumpy.
  6. Mash potatoes.
  7. Then add your ingredients one at a time, ( except the sliced cheese) in order of list, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
  8. Spoon prepared potatoes back into skins, adding sliced cheese on top.
  9. Grill potatoes on a hot grill over indirect heat until hot throughout and cheese has melted.
  10. These are so tasty and fast!
