Mini New Potato Bites

  1. Cook potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 15 min.
  2. or until tender.
  3. Meanwhile, mix cream cheese product, Parmesan and sour cream until blended.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  5. Drain potatoes; cool slightly.
  6. Cut potatoes crosswise in half, then cut thin slice off rounded bottom of each half.
  7. Place, bottom sides down, on platter; top with cream cheese mixture, bacon and chives.
