Cornbread-Vegetable Supper

  1. Mix cornbread mix, corn, egg, milk and oil.
  2. Bake at 425F for 20 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, cook ground beef and onion in a large skillet; drain well.
  4. Stir in green beans and tomatoes.
  5. Cook over medium heat stirring often, until heated.
  6. Spoon over cornbread; sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Bake at 425F for 10 minutes.
