West Virginia Hot Dog Sauce Recipe

  1. In a large skillet crumble the hamburger and season with all of the spices.
  2. Continue to cook until no longer pink and crumbly.
  3. Add in water and cover until water boils, then simmer until most of water is gone.
  4. Serve over plump warm hot dogs.
  5. Note: If you don't like a lot of spice cut the 1 1/2 Tbsp.
  6. crushed pepper and 1 Tbsp.
  7. black pepper in half.
