Angoor Ka Sherbet
- 225 grams grapes, seedless green
- 3 tablespoons sugar finely ground
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds roasted, ground
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 3 cups water ice cold
- 1 x mint sprigs fresh, few sprigs
- Wash grapes and crush them throughly.
- Pour in water.
- Mix well.
- Strain through a sieve.
- Add all the seasonings.
- Mix well.
- Chill.
- Serve, garnished with mint leaves.
- MAKES: 6 large glasses
