Peanut Butter Cookies

  1. Mix Splenda & soften butter, til smooth & without lumps.
  2. Add egg & mix.
  3. Add peanut butter & mix.
  4. Add remaining ingredients & mix.
  5. Cover & refrigerate til batter is firm ( 1 to 2 hrs)
  6. Heat oven to 370.
  7. Scoop out small balls about 1 1/2 inches.
  8. Use fork, gently press down dough.
  9. Bake 10 mins or til light golden brown.
  10. Cool cookies on baking sheet for 5 mins.
