Bacon Pesto Spaghetti
- 4 slices bacon
- 5 ounces dried spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons pesto sauce
- 8 black olives, pitted
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, torn
- parmesan cheese, curls to garnish
- salt and black pepper
- Cook spaghetti in a pan of boiling water as per pack instructions.
- Meanwhile, place bacon slices under a pre-heated broiler and cook for approximately 1-2 minutes each side.
- Cut into large pieces.
- Spoon the pesto on to drained spaghetti and toss together with bacon, olives and basil leaves.
- Garnish with parmesan and season.
