Pan-Seared Salmon Puttanesca

  1. Coat fish with mustard.
  2. Heat oil in medium skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add fish; cook 3 min.
  4. on each side or until browned on both sides.
  5. Remove fish from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  6. Add onions and garlic to skillet; cook 3 min., stirring occasionally.
  7. Add all remaining ingredients except 1 Tbsp.
  8. parsley.
  9. Cook 5 min.
  10. ; stir.
  11. Top with fish; cover.
  12. Cook 4 to 5 min.
  13. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  14. Sprinkle with remaining parsley.
