Sweet Potato Souffle'
- 2 can (40 ounce size) sweet potatoes drained
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 stick butter melted
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/3 cup butter melted
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 350 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- In medium bowl lightly mix first seven ingredients put mixture in greased 9 x 13 pan.
- In small bowl mix topping ingredients and crumble over the sweet potatoe mixture.
- Bake at 350F for 35 - 40 minutes.
