Heirloom Tomato, Rainbow Chard, and Bacon Naan Pizza
- 4 pieces Whole Wheat Naan
- 2 cups Favorite Pizza Sauce
- 8 slices Bacon, Cooked, Chopped
- 1 cup Chopped And Sauteed Rainbow Chard
- 2 whole Heirloom Tomatoes, Sliced, Slices Cut-in-half
- 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line 2 baking sheets with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place 2 pieces of naan on each baking sheet.
- Cover each piece with 1/2 cup pizza sauce.
- Then top each piece with 2 pieces of chopped bacon, 1/4 cup chard, and 3 to 4 slices of tomato.
- Sprinkle as much cheese as desired.
- Place in oven, bake approximately 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve with a big glass of red wine!
