Kimberly's Summertime Veggie Salad

  1. Mix dressing ingredients in a saucepan; heat to melt sugar & stir.
  2. After sugar is melted, bring to light boil, remove from heat & cool to room temperature.
  3. Chop/slice the onion, celery & pepper.
  4. Open & drain the cans of veggies.
  5. Mix all veggies in a bowl & pour the dressing over.
  6. Chill for 8 hours or overnight.
  7. This will also keep for several days.
