Beef Elegante Over Rice Recipe

  1. Tenderize steak.
  2. Cut into 1 inch trips.
  3. Coat with seasoned flour.
  4. Brown in oil.
  5. Add in onions and cook 2-3 min longer.
  6. Stir in wine, broth and mushrooms with liquid.
  7. Bring to a boil.
  8. Cover, reduce heat; simmer 20-30 min or possibly till tender.
  9. Serve over beds of rice.
  10. Garnish with tomato wedges and fresh parsley.
