Shanghai Chicken Springroll Sandwich
- 1/3 cup chopped seeded peeled cucumbers
- 1/4 cup chopped red peppers
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tsp. grated gingerroot
- 2 flour tortillas (8 inch)
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Mayo Hot & Spicy Flavored Mayonnaise
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 1 KRAFT Provolone Cheese Slice, cut in half
- 4 oz. OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Rotisserie Seasoned Chicken Breast
- Combine first 4 ingredients.
- Spread tortillas with mayonnaise; top with lettuce, cheese, chicken and vegetable mixture.
- Fold in opposite sides of each tortilla, then roll up burrito style.
