Quick Beef Stroganoff

  1. Melt margarine in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add meat; cook and stir 2 to 3 min.
  3. or until evenly browned.
  4. Stir in onions and water; cover.
  5. Simmer 30 min., stirring occasionally and adding more water if needed.
  6. Add green peppers and mushrooms; stir.
  7. Simmer, covered, 10 min., stirring occasionally.
  8. Meanwhile, cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
  9. Mix soup, Miracle Whip, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.
  10. Add to meat mixture in skillet; cook 2 to 3 min.
  11. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  12. Drain pasta.
  13. Add to meat mixture; stir to evenly coat.
