Farmhouse Recipe Nikujaga Croquettes

  2. These are the leftovers.
  3. First, pick out the potatoes and carrots.
  4. Mash the potatoes and carrots.
  5. Chop up the remaining ingredients (beef, onion, konnyaku) and mix with the mashed potatoes and carrots.
  6. Your croquette filling is ready.
  7. Mold your filling to your desired size.
  8. Coat with water-soaked tempura flour, then coat evenly with panko.
  9. Deep fry in oil heated to 180 - 200C for 1.5 - 2 minutes.
  10. Done.
