Dirty Bloody Mary
- 1 liter tomato juice
- 2 tsp prepared horseradish
- 2 tsp salt flakes
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 juice from 1 lemon
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp tobasco sauce, or to taste
- 1/3 cup brine from green olives
- 1 lemon wedge to rim glasses to act as adhesive for celery salt
- 1 celery salt, to rim edges of glasses
- 1 stick celery, per glass
- 3/4 cup Dirty Bloody Mary mix
- 1 oz vodka
- 2 green olives stuffed with pimentos
- TO MAKE THE MIX:
- Combine all ingredients in a large jug and whisk to combine.
- Store in the refrigerator until required, for up to 1 week.
- TO MAKE A DIRTY BLOODY MARY:
- Using one of the lemon wedges, wipe the rim of a glass and dip into celery salt, set aside.
- Add ice an the celery stalk to the glass.
- Pour the Bloody Mary mix into the prepared glass and top with vodka, garnish with the olives.
