Past Derby Winner

• 3 each Mint leaves
• 10 dash Bitters
• 1 3/4 oz Lemons juice
• 1 1/2 oz Simple syrup
• 1 oz Bourbon
• 1 as needed Prosecco

1. Middle mint, bitters and lemon juice
2. Add simple syrup and bourbon
3. Shake with ice
4. Top off with the prosecco and a few mint leaves
