Jiggly Strawberry Jello

  1. I used the leftover strawberry syrup from making strawberry jam.
  2. Soak gelatin in water for 10-20 minutes.
  3. Dissolve fully in a double boiler.
  4. Combine strawberry syrup and the same amount of lemon juice.
  5. Add the dissolved gelatin and mix thoroughly.
  6. Pour the jelly mixture into a glass or a cup.
  7. Remove bubbles on the surface.
  8. If you have any strawberries, press them into the jelly.
  9. Chill in the fridge.
  10. I made mine in a Picardie glass No need to use a mold.
  11. So jiggly!
  12. Jellies are nice to eat.
  13. A shot of me eating it.
  14. This strawberry jelly is so soft and jiggly!
  15. That color is wholly natural It's the color of strawberries!
