Jiggly Strawberry Jello
- 100 ml Strawberry syrup
- 100 ml Water
- 6 grams Gelatin
- 30 ml Water for soaking the gelatin
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 Strawberries
- I used the leftover strawberry syrup from making strawberry jam.
- Soak gelatin in water for 10-20 minutes.
- Dissolve fully in a double boiler.
- Combine strawberry syrup and the same amount of lemon juice.
- Add the dissolved gelatin and mix thoroughly.
- Pour the jelly mixture into a glass or a cup.
- Remove bubbles on the surface.
- If you have any strawberries, press them into the jelly.
- Chill in the fridge.
- I made mine in a Picardie glass No need to use a mold.
- So jiggly!
- Jellies are nice to eat.

- That color is wholly natural It's the color of strawberries!
