Mexican Casserole

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Brown meat in large skillet.
  3. Meanwhile, add hot water to stuffing mix; stir just until moistened.
  4. Drain meat; return to skillet.
  5. Stir in beans, tomato sauce, barbecue sauce and seasonings.
  6. Spoon into 3-qt.
  7. casserole sprayed with cooking spray.
  8. Top with stuffing, spreading to within 2 inches of side of casserole.
  9. Sprinkle with cheese.
  10. Bake 30 min.
  11. Top with lettuce and onions just before serving.
