Green Eggs & Ham.... Kosher Style

• 1 large egg
• 2 -4 tablespoons chopped spinach, very fine
• 1 hot dog
• green food coloring

1. Heat hot dog in frying pan.
2. Use spatula to chop it up.
3. Crack egg in bowl add food color the quickly add in spinach to hide.
4. Mix well, then ask you kids to help
5. pour over the hot dog and scramble.
