Brie Burgers with Lemon-Basil Mayo

  2. Heat your grill (I use a George Foreman grill).

  4. In a medium glass bowl, mix ground meat with Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.

  6. Divide into 4 equal parts and form into patties.

  8. Then grill for about 8 minutes or until center is cooked.

  10. Place cheese on top of patties until melted, about 2 minutes.
  11. Meanwhile, make the mayo: 1.
  12. In a small to medium bowl mix mayo, basil, lemon juice and salt with a whisk until well combined.

  14. Then cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
  15. Serve burgers on buns spread with the lemon-basil mayo.
