Brie Burgers with Lemon-Basil Mayo
- 1 pound Ground Beef (or Lean Ground Turkey)
- 1 Tablespoon Dry Italian Seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
- 4 ounces, weight Brie Chees, Sliced
- Buns, To Serve
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cups Fresh Basil, Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- Salt To Taste

- Heat your grill (I use a George Foreman grill).
- 2.
- In a medium glass bowl, mix ground meat with Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
- 3.
- Divide into 4 equal parts and form into patties.
- 4.
- Then grill for about 8 minutes or until center is cooked.
- 5.
- Place cheese on top of patties until melted, about 2 minutes.
- Meanwhile, make the mayo: 1.
- In a small to medium bowl mix mayo, basil, lemon juice and salt with a whisk until well combined.

- Then cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
- Serve burgers on buns spread with the lemon-basil mayo.
