Stir Fry Mushrooms In Butter, Garlic And White Wine
- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 head Garlic, Sliced
- 7 ounces, weight Fresh Shitaki Mushroom, Sliced
- 3-58 ounces, weight White Mushroom, Sliced
- 1 Tablespoon White Wine
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Teriyaki Sauce
- 1/4 teaspoons Chili Oil
- 1/4 cups Chopped Parsley
- 1/4 cups Spring Onion, Diced
- Melt butter in frying pan, add garlic and stir fry till fragrant.
- Add mushrooms and stir fry for 1/2 minute.
- Add white wine and let it evaporate.
- Fry for another 1 minute, add salt, black pepper, balsamic vinegar, teriyaki sauce and chili oil.
- Fry for another minute.
- Turn heat to low and add parsley and spring onions and mix well and transfer to serving plate.
