Bay Scallops and Shells

  1. Cook pasta shells according to package directions; drain and cool.
  2. Meanwhile, in a blender, combine cottage cheese, lemon juice and dill until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a bowl; add cooked scallops, celery and onion and mix well.
  4. Spoon mixture into the shells.
  5. Drizzle with Italian dressing.
  6. Serve room temp or chilled on lettuce leaves.
