Mixed Green Salad With Buttermilk Dressing Recipe
- 4 c. chilled Boston lettuce leaves, torn in bite size pcs
- 3 c. chilled spinach leaves, washed well & torn in bite size pcs
- buttermilk dressing
- 1 egg, hard cooked & minced
- In large salad bowl, combine lettuce and spinach.
- Add in dressing and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle with minced egg and serve immediately.
- Makes 4 servings.
