Pakistani Bun Kababs
- 1 lb. (450 g) lean ground chicken
- 12 Ritz Crackers, finely crushed (about 1/3 cup)
- 1/4 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Double Cheddar Cheese
- 1 tsp. dried fenugreek leaves
- 1 tsp. garam masala
- 1 tsp. ground coriander
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. ground fennel
- 1/2 tsp. red chili powder or cayenne pepper
- 1 egg
- 4 Kraft Singles Cheese Slices Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06
- 4 whole wheat hamburger buns
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 thin red onion slices
- 1 tomato, cut into 4 slices King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
- Mix chicken, cracker crumbs, shredded cheese, seasonings and egg until well blended; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
- Grill 7 to 8 min.
- on each side or until done (160 degrees F), topping with Kraft Singles for the last minute.
- Fill buns with lettuce, kabab patties, onions and tomatoes.
