S'mores Brownie Cupcakes

• 1 pkg. (15.9 oz.) brownie mix (8-inch pan size)
• 8 JET-PUFFED Marshmallows, halved
• 4 graham crackers, broken into quarters (16 small rectangles)

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Prepare brownie brownie batter directed on package; spoon into 16 muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray.
3. Bake 15 to 17 min.
4. or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out with fudgy crumbs.
5. (Do not overbake.)
6. Remove from oven.
7. Heat broiler.
8. Press marshmallow halves, cut sides down, onto tops of brownies.
9. Broil, 6 inches from heat, 1 to 2 min.
10. or until marshmallows are golden brown.
11. Top with graham cracker pieces, pressing lightly into marshmallows to secure.
12. Cool completely.
