Garlicky Chicken in Cream Sauce

  1. Cut the broccoli apart into florets and parboil.
  2. Cut the chicken up into large pieces, and slice the onion.
  3. Cut the mushrooms up into easy to eat pieces.
  4. Heat up a frying pan and add the garlic margarine.
  5. Saute the chicken until it's about 80% cooked, then add the onion and mushroom and saute until cooked.
  6. Add the bechamel sauce to the pan and heat until bubbly.
  7. Add the cooked broccoli, add some heavy cream to make the sauce smooth, and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper and it's done!
  8. Please add the cream to your taste - it's delicious.
  9. This is the garlic margarine I used for this.
