Garlicky Chicken in Cream Sauce
- 1 large Chicken thigh
- 1 bunch Broccoli
- 1/2 Onion
- 8 Mushrooms
- 1 can Readymade bechamel sauce (Heinz)
- 3 tbsp Milk
- 2 tbsp Garlic margarine
- 1 Salt
- 1 White pepper
- 1 Heavy cream to taste
- Cut the broccoli apart into florets and parboil.
- Cut the chicken up into large pieces, and slice the onion.
- Cut the mushrooms up into easy to eat pieces.
- Heat up a frying pan and add the garlic margarine.
- Saute the chicken until it's about 80% cooked, then add the onion and mushroom and saute until cooked.
- Add the bechamel sauce to the pan and heat until bubbly.
- Add the cooked broccoli, add some heavy cream to make the sauce smooth, and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper and it's done!
- Please add the cream to your taste - it's delicious.
- This is the garlic margarine I used for this.
