Grilled Salmon with Sweet Pepper & Sesame Salsa
- 1-1/2 qt. mixed red, yellow and green peppers, diced Target 1 pkg For $2.99 thru 02/06
- 1-1/2 cups red onions, diced
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. minced ginger
- 1 Tbsp. minced lime zest Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09
- 2 Tbsp. minced cilantro
- 1-1/2 cups Kraft Oriental Sesame Dressing, divided
- 24 each salmon fillets (4 oz./115 g each) Walmart Supercenter 1 lb For $5.00 thru 02/14
- Combine all ingredients except dressing and fish.
- Add 3/4 cup (175 mL) of the dressing (or 2 Tbsp.
- 30 mL of the dressing for trial recipe); mix lightly.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- For each serving: Grill 1 fish fillet 3 to 5 min.
- on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork, brushing occasionally with 1/2 Tbsp.
- (7 mL) of the remaining dressing.
- Top with about 3 Tbsp.
- (45 mL) of the pepper mixture.
