Grilled Salmon with Sweet Pepper & Sesame Salsa

  1. Combine all ingredients except dressing and fish.
  2. Add 3/4 cup (175 mL) of the dressing (or 2 Tbsp.
  3. 30 mL of the dressing for trial recipe); mix lightly.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  5. For each serving: Grill 1 fish fillet 3 to 5 min.
  6. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork, brushing occasionally with 1/2 Tbsp.
  7. (7 mL) of the remaining dressing.
  8. Top with about 3 Tbsp.
  9. (45 mL) of the pepper mixture.
