BBQ Lamb chops
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 4 each Lamb chops
- 1 1/4 tbsp rosemary
- Place all ingredients in bowl for 30 minutes
- Preheat BBQ to high.
- On my propane BBQ about 10 min all three burners on.
- Remove chops from oil let set for a few minutes before next step
- Turn one burner off and add chops the that area.
- Watch carefully not to burn or any fire starting under lamb
- Cook until desired doneness.
