Fresh Prawns With Sweet Sauce
- 1 lb fresh prawns, with shells deveined and cleaned
- 13 cup soy sauce
- 12 cup sugar
- 13 cup sherry wine
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 piece ginger, chopped (thumb size)
- 6 tablespoons oil
- Mix soy sauce, sherry, sugar, green onions and ginger; set aside.
- Heat oil in frying pan until hot.
- Stir-fry prawns for 4 minutes or until all prawns turn pink.
- Add sauce mixture; bring to boil.
- Serve hot as part of a chinese meal.
