Lemon Berry Pie

  1. Beat the cream cheese, 1 tablespoon milk and sugar in medium bowl using wire whisk until smooth. Stir in lemon peel and juice. Stir in 1 1/2 cups of the Cool Whip. Spread evenly in bottom of crust.
  2. Press strawberry halves into cream cheese layer, reserving enough for garnish.
  3. Pour 2
  4. cups milk into a large bowl. Add pudding mixes.
  5. Beat with wire whisk 1 minute.
  6. Let stand 1 minute or until thickened.
  7. Gently stir in 1 cup Cool Whip. Spoon over strawberries in crust. Refrigerate 4 hours. Garnish with remaining Cool Whip and strawberry halves.
