Spicy Beef Offcuts and Vegetable Stir-Fry
- 300 grams Thinly sliced beef offcuts
- 1 Onion
- 1 Carrot
- 3 Green peppers
- 1 bag Bean sprouts
- 2 tbsp Gochujang
- 2 tbsp Grated garlic
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Sake
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 2 tsp Honey
- 2 tsp Roasted sesame seeds
- 2 tsp Doubanjiang
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- Cut the green pepper, carrot, and onion into thin strips.
- Mix seasonings.
- Heat oil in a pan, and add beef and vegetables.
- When cooked through, pour in the sauce, and mix.
- My son eats this as a rice bowl.
- It is surprisingly delicious.
