Spicy Beef Offcuts and Vegetable Stir-Fry

  1. Cut the green pepper, carrot, and onion into thin strips.
  2. Mix seasonings.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, and add beef and vegetables.
  4. When cooked through, pour in the sauce, and mix.
  5. My son eats this as a rice bowl.
  6. It is surprisingly delicious.
