Baked Brie
- 12 lb brie cheese, rind removed
- 14 cup chopped pecans
- 14 cup dark corn syrup
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Place cheese in shallow baking dish; top with pecans and syrup.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes until cheese is almost melted.
- Serve warm with plain crackers or melba toast.
