Pasta Nicoise
- 1 box Pasta, Such As Penne Or Linguini
- 1/2 cups Diced Bell Peppers, Any Color
- 1/2 whole Large Onion, Chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1/2 cups Broccoli, Chopped
- 1/2 cups Grape Or Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 can Light Tuna
- 1/2 whole Fresh Lemon Juice
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil (or Any Other Oil Will Also Work)
- Boil the pasta according to directions.
- While the water is coming to a boil, prep all the veggies.
- Saute them in your biggest saute pan in the oil.
- Transfer the drained pasta to the cooked veggies in the saute pan.
- Add drained tuna.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the lemon juice.
- Toss to combine.
- Serve.
