Beef Casserole Chinese Style Recipe

  1. Cook meat, salt and pepper till brown and crumbly.
  2. Pour off excess fat.
  3. Put meat in casserole dish, arrange thawed peas over top of meat and cover with sliced celery and chopped onion.
  4. Mix cream with mushroom soup and pour over celery.
  5. Top with potato chips and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
