Beef Casserole Chinese Style Recipe
- 1 pound grnd beef, salt & pepper
- 1 pkg. frzn peas (or possibly peas & carrots)
- 2 c. finely sliced celery
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 2 tbsp. cream
- 1 sm. onion, finely chopped
- 2 c. crumbled potato chips
- Cook meat, salt and pepper till brown and crumbly.
- Pour off excess fat.
- Put meat in casserole dish, arrange thawed peas over top of meat and cover with sliced celery and chopped onion.
- Mix cream with mushroom soup and pour over celery.
- Top with potato chips and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
