Almost Guilt Free, Marshmallow Creme

  1. Have eggs at room temperature or use the powdered egg whites.
  2. Put into stand mixer and start blending at med/high speed.
  3. Once starting to froth, add the remainder of ingredients and mix until it forms the fluffy consistency desired.
  4. Serve immediately or can be made ahead of time and stored in fridge.
  5. If desire to make it vegan, substitute gelatin for the eggs.
