Shrimp Salad Mousse Recipe

  1. In saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over cool water to soften.
  2. Place over low heat.
  3. Heat, stirring till gelatin is dissolved.
  4. Stir in soup.
  5. Meanwhile, gradually stir mayonnaise into cream cheese till smooth.
  6. Add in soup mix and remaining ingredients.
  7. Pour into oiled 6 c. mold.
  8. Refrigeratetill hard.
  9. Makes about 5 c., 10-12 servings.
