Creamy TOBLERONE Froth

  1. MELT chocolate in a heat proof bowl over simmering water.
  2. Allow to cool.
  3. WHISK the PHILLY, egg yolks and liqueur together until smooth then stir through the chocolate.
  4. Beat the egg whites with an electric beater until stiff peaks form; gently fold into the chocolate mixture.
  5. Pour into a serving dish.
  6. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
  7. THREAD pieces of fruit onto 18 short bamboo skewers.
  8. Serve TOBLERONE Froth on a large platter with skewers.
  9. Serve immediately.
  10. HANDY TIP: Marshmallows are a fun and delicious addition to the skewers.
