Creamy TOBLERONE Froth
- 200 g TOBLERONE* Milk Chocolate, roughly chopped
- 250 g PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Cream Cheese
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1-2 tablespoons coffee liqueur, optional Rite Aid $5.99 thru 02/06
- 18 red grapes
- 18 strawberries Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 3 kiwi fruit, cut into chunks
- MELT chocolate in a heat proof bowl over simmering water.
- Allow to cool.
- WHISK the PHILLY, egg yolks and liqueur together until smooth then stir through the chocolate.
- Beat the egg whites with an electric beater until stiff peaks form; gently fold into the chocolate mixture.
- Pour into a serving dish.
- Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
- THREAD pieces of fruit onto 18 short bamboo skewers.
- Serve TOBLERONE Froth on a large platter with skewers.
- Serve immediately.
- HANDY TIP: Marshmallows are a fun and delicious addition to the skewers.
