Turkey Chili

  1. In a flameproof casserole, heat the oil over moderate heat.
  2. Add the onion and garlic and saute for 5 minutes or until the onion is soft.
  3. Add the bell peppers and saute for 5 minutes or until soft.
  4. Stir in the chili powder, oregano, cumin, and coriander and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Add the ground turkey and saute for 3 minutes or until no longer pink.
  6. Add the tomatoes, salt and black pepper and bring to a simmer.
  7. Add the beans and cook for 3 minutes or until heated through.
