DOUBLE Easy Fried Fruit Tarts

  1. Stew the fruit about 30 minutes.
  2. Remove and drain water.
  3. Cover with sugar and chop fine.
  4. Place in refrigerator and cool, I prefer overnight.
  5. Roll out biscuits on a floured board and place one heaping Tablespoon of fruit and fold over.
  6. Seal edges with a floured fork.
  7. Fry on med heat in hot oil for around 8 minutes, turning over several times to brown evenly.
  8. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  9. Can be sprinkled with powdered sugar if you like.
