Bacon-Provolone Chicken Sandwiches
- 4 (6 ounce) boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 4 kaiser rolls, split
- 8 slices ready-to-serve fully cooked bacon
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- romaine leaf
- mayonnaise
- Flatten chicken and sprinkle with poultry seasoning.
- In a non-stick skillet, cook chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side or until juices run clear.
- On roll, layer the bacon, chicken and cheese.
- Broil 4-6 inches from the heat for 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Top with romaine and mayo.
- Add additional topping to your liking.
