Tropical Treat!

• 1 ounce light rum
• 1 12 ounces torani sugar-free coconut syrup
• 14 cup breyer's double churn fat free vanilla ice cream
• 1 tablespoon crushed pineapple in juice
• 34 cup crushed ice
• 1 34 ounces Splenda sugar substitute (or another no-calorie sweetener)

1. Put all ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend on high speed for 30 seconds.
3. Pour into a cute cocktail glass.
4. Enjoy!
