  6. PEEL AND MASH BANANAS; Add in MASHED BANANAS AND LEMON JUICE.

  8. SPREAD IMMEDIATELY ON COOLED CAKES.

  11. FOR SIX 9-INCH (2 LAYER) CAKES: SPREAD ABOUT 1 3/4 C. (1 LB) FROSTING ON EACH CAKE.
