Arak and Grapefruit Juice
- 4 ounces grapefruit juice
- 2 ounces arak
- Seltzer, to taste
- Grapefruit slice
- Basil sprigs.
- Fill a highball glass with ice, and add the grapefruit juice and arak, and top with seltzer.
- Garnish with a thick grapefruit twist and a few sprigs of basil.
