Haitian legumes
- 2 large Eggplants
- 4 medium Carrots
- 1 large Cabbage
- 1 packages Spinach
- 5 lb Pork or any meet of your choice
- 2 each Dungeness crab or any others of your choice
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 clove Cloves
- 1 tbsp Goya Adobo all purpose seasoning
- 1 Maggi cube
- 1 1/2 tbsp Virgin Oil
- Wash all your vegetables.
- Peel the eggplant skin and slice them in 1/2.
- With a potato peeler slightly remove the carrots skin
- Slice the cabbage in 4 pieces
- If you are using the spinach in a bag, open the bag remove any rotten spinach then rinse with cold water.
