Teething Cookies (For Babies) Recipe
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 2 tbsp. veg. oil
- 2 tbsp. molasses
- 1 egg yolk, beaten
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tbsp. soy flour
- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 tbsp. wheat germ
- Blend honey, molasses, oil and beaten egg yolk.
- Stir in vanilla, salt, flours, and wheat germ.
- Dough should be stiff; if too thick add in a little lowfat milk, if too thin add in a little more flour.
- Roll dough to 1/4 inch thickness.
- Cut into 1 x 1 1/2 inch rectangular pcs.
- Place on unoiled cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees till lightly browned, about 15 to 20 min.
- Makes 4 dozen cookies.
